All sales are final on Palette 2 units. Any issues regarding refunds or returns will be reviewed between Storme Technologies and Mosaic Manufacturing on an as-needed basis. Please contact Storme Technologies for any questions regarding this matter.

Coex 3D Filament:

All unused, undamaged, unopened filament in its original packaging is eligible for a full refund within 30 days, although the customer is responsible for any return shipping. In the unlikely event that the filament is opened and there is some sort of defect or quality issue, the filament may be replaced with new material or a refund may be issued in some cases if reported within 30 days from purchase date. Please contact Storme Technologies for any questions or to obtain an RMA number.

GeckoTek EZ-Stik Print Surfaces:

All unused, undamaged, unopened print surface in its original packaging is eligible for a full refund within 30 days, although the customer is responsible for any return shipping. Any used or opened material will not be eligible for a return or refund. Please contact Storme Technologies for any questions or to obtain an RMA number.
All Palette 2 units shipped as a standalone unit come with free standard shipping.

All Palette 2 units shipped as a bundle with Filament or EZ-Stik, come with free standard shipping on the Palette 2 unit and shipping cost added to filament and/or EZ-Stik at Checkout.

We will do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 days of confirmed payment.
Please note that when you are adding 3D printer filament or EZ-Stik print surfaces to your bundle, it will ship seperately from the Palette 2 unit.

Please verify that your required filament material, color or EZ-Stik print surface size is listed as "In Stock" under the corresponding product page; as the bundle option will not show quantity as "In Stock" when bundling. We we will contact you after checkout if there are any issues with your filament color and/or material selection.

If you are using optical bed leveling on the printer, you may have issues detecting the GeckoTek print surface; thus decreasing accuracy of the bed leveling sequence. Please ensure compatability before making a purchase.
